Bangalore Startup Emvo AI Slashes Digital Workforce Deployment From 6 Months to Minutes

Posted on August 12, 2025 By The Medium News No Comments on Bangalore Startup Emvo AI Slashes Digital Workforce Deployment From 6 Months to Minutes

Emvo invites 150 executives to exclusive demo on August 26 launch

Bengaluru, (Karnataka), [India], August 12, 2025: Enterprise AI faces a strange paradox: technology advances rapidly, but deployment still takes 3-6 months. The real bottleneck isn’t AI capability. It’s something more fundamental. Emvo AI discovered what others missed: coordinated AI employee teams that launch in minutes, not quarters. Launch a team of digital workers – voice, WhatsApp, chat, and back-office – in minutes.

Co-founders Vaibhav Anand and Saurabh Kumar built Agentverse, a low-code “factory” that creates specialist AI employees: Policy Concierge, Claims Assessor, Product Advocate, Loyalty Advisor,  that work as a coordinated team, sharing customer context across every touchpoint to resolve issues in a single interaction instead of forcing customers through multiple transfers and repeated explanations. They share a unified memory and employ continuous learning.

The platform is cloud-agnostic and wires into Salesforce, Zendesk, and SAP in minutes. Emvo was recently recognized at the prestigious Aegis Graham Bell Innovation Award.

“Bots fail because they’re lone wolves; enterprises need teams and a collaborative AI Infrastructure.” said Vaibhav Anand, CEO. “Agentverse gives you a workforce on day one – one license, one dashboard, zero custom code.”

From pilots to proof

Across five pilot customers and 1.8 million interactions (90-day windows), Emvo reports a 68% drop in average handle time and 40% lower service costs, with the system learning automatically – no manual re-tuning.

“Most bots decay without constant fixes,” said Saurabh Kumar, CTO. “Our agents are evaluated after every shift and improve overnight while preserving guardrails.”

Alpha preview on Aug 26, 2025

Emvo is hosting an invite-only demonstration on August 26, where 150 executives and partners will assemble a digital team live and test real customer scenarios across channels. Feedback from the session will inform the broader launch later this year.
